Michele has worked for close to 40 years in the veterinary and animal welfare field. Prior to this, she taught special education and later served as a principal. Her desire to care for animals led her to pursue veterinary nursing, specializing in intensive care and internal medicine. Over time, her focus shifted to hospice and palliative care, where her dedication remains to this day. For the better part of her adult life, Michele's work has centered on helping others, beginning with her role in special education.
Her career path eventually pivoted toward veterinary and animal welfare, where she found a deep sense of purpose. She considers herself fortunate to be on this journey of animal ministry. Based in the New York Hudson Valley, Michele has cared for a wide variety of animals in a region rich with wildlife and natural beauty.
